Overview:
Oversee multiple group homes supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring quality care and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Group Home Managers.
- Ensure ISP implementation and documentation accuracy.
- Monitor care, behavior plans, and services.
- Ensure compliance with NJ DDD standards.
- Oversee operations, maintenance, and finances.
- Review electronic records daily.
- Participate in IDT meetings.
- Provide on-call support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Medical group home experience required.
- Strong leadership background in IDD services.
- Background clearance required.
